Graphic Setup
We implement your existing key visual or create a custom design tailored for mosaic rendering. The image is optimized to ensure perfect visibility once assembled tile by tile.

Together we define the final mosaic dimensions and select the appropriate tile size (51mm, 76mm, or 102mm), based on your venue space and event scale.

Pre-Test & Simulation
Before the event, we run a full digital simulation to preview how the mosaic will look once completed. This ensures a flawless final reveal.

You can choose from a physical mosaic wall, a fully digital animated version displayed on screens that updates in real time, or a hybrid combination of both.

Yes. The mosaic system can receive images from multiple inputs throughout the event. Photos can be uploaded directly by the official event photographer, sent from multiple photo booths installed at different locations, or submitted through an online platform.
Any image that meets the standard .jpg format can be integrated into the mosaic. The system is continuously connected to a dedicated server, allowing it to receive and process new images in real time.
If you choose the physical mosaic option, you will receive the completed mosaic panel in a tangible format, produced on high-quality mousse board or forex material, ready for display in your office or event space.
In addition to the physical installation, you will also receive a private URL featuring the animated version of your photo mosaic, securely hosted in the cloud for 12 months.
You’ll also receive the final completed mosaic in high-resolution JPG format, ready for digital use, internal communication, or social media sharing.
The mosaic is created using square adhesive tiles available in 51mm, 76mm, or 102mm formats. Each printed tile includes a position identifier in the bottom-right corner (for example, C12/R20), indicating its exact placement on the mosaic grid — Column 12, Row 20.
Tiles can be placed either by our PhotoMosaicWall operator or by guests themselves, creating a more interactive and engaging experience during the event.
In addition to contributing to the mosaic, guests can also receive their photo printed separately on professional photo paper as a personal takeaway. These prints can be produced in square, landscape, or portrait formats, and may also be printed on specialty materials available upon request.
The final mosaic begins with a main visual established together with your team — whether it’s a brand image, campaign artwork, or custom graphic. During the event, each captured photo is automatically transformed into a tile that becomes part of this larger composition.
Our professional software processes images in real time and intelligently assigns them within the grid based on multiple criteria, including dominant color matching. For example, photos featuring strong yellow tones are placed in warmer yellow areas of the overall design to ensure visual balance and clarity.
At the same time, the system distributes images evenly across the entire structure, allowing the large image to emerge gradually throughout the event — creating a dynamic, engaging, and visually impactful reveal.
